Here is this week's inspiring picture for you...

The dog is just toooo cute! Love it!

Here's my creation based on this image and an image used from our sponsor...
I love the owl with the glasses... so sweet!

I used kraft cardstock as the base for my card, then layered it with paper from a K and Company collection in my stash, using a bow easy, I made the pink bow to put on top of the card, I also layered some scalloped edged stripey brown card from Desert Blooms First Edition paper 8 x 8 pad. I mounted the sponsor image on a Spellbinders die - Eyelet Circles. I coloured in the owl with Promarkers and added some Papermania bling. Hope you like the cuteness! Sweeet! :)

Biiinnnggggoooo!

I love a bit of Bingo me, no lie I used to actually play Bingo with my parents at the Bingo Hall in South London, local to us for quite a few years. I was no doubt one of the youngest in there! But I liked a good ol' game. I do miss it!

So in honour of remembering a good game of Bingo - this fortnight's challenge at Aud Sentiments is our awesome Bingo Grid! Big clap for the Bingo grid *applause*

So with this board, you can create! Use one row horizontally or vertically from the grid and create a card or project using the materials and words in relation to that row. So for example if you picked a vertical row you have to use 'Embossing', 'Bling' and the word 'Joy' in your card or project, or if you were doing a horizontal line you have to use 'Merry', 'Embossing' and 'Snow'. You can also use a diagonal line too! So get those creative mind working. The possibilities are endless!

Here's my creation:

I used a sponsored image as the main picture for my card, and chose the horizontal row consisting of 'Ribbon', the word 'Joy' and 'Die Cut'. So I used papers from the Kaisercraft Christmas 6 x 6 paper pad, caramel linen card stock as the base, a Spellbinders Lacy Ovals die, two out of the three snowflake dies from Marianne Creatables, and some red satin ribbon from my stash. I stamped 'Joy' using Lawn Fawn's Harold ABC's letter set, punched an eyelet with my Crop-O-Dile and used parcel string to tie the sentiment on to the ribbon. The extra bling is from Papermania :) We like a bit of bling!

Our sponsor this fortnight is: The Paper Shelter

Fancy a Coffee?

Another week upon us, which means another awesome challenge from Pinspirational Challenges! Whoop! Whoop!

So this is your inspirational photo for this week's challenge...

Was there ever a time when you wanted to catch up with someone over a coffee, just for a chin-wag, chit chat or a girly afternoon? Yep, I've had those moments too!

So here's my little creation inspired by the above picture

I used a caramel card stock as a base, then layered on top two papers from the 8 x 8 First Paper Edition's Desert Blooms pad. The ribbon is from Anita's Arts, and I included a little bit of bling from Papermania. The 'Fancy a Coffee' sentiment was typed and the picture is an image from our sponsor

Mellow Yellow @ Pinspirational Challenges

Middle of November and its not long til the holidays. Woohoo! I should really finish up on those Christmas projects! :)

Another week at Pins HQ and another awesome challenge. Here's your image for this week's challenge:

Our Sponsor this week is: The Digi Garden

Looks yummy! Love it! So based on this picture, I've created this card:

The stamp I used is Birthday Anya from the Greeting Farm. The individual paper and card stock I used are: Papermania's Book Prints paper, We R Memory Keepers Traveller's Collection for the yellow gingham style paper layered on top, I then used the Lacy Oval Dies and Oval dies from Spellbinders to use as a base for TGF stamp. Simple card for any simple birthday. Reminds me of Summer actually which is really nice - especially as its now Winter! :( I coloured the Birthday Anya stamp in Gold, Tulip Yellow and Sunflower, Dusky Pink and Blush Promarkers.

So I hope that this image has inspired you for take part in this week's challenge, spread the word around and take part! :)

Challenge begins from Tuesday 13th Nov to Monday 19th Nov 2012 (Newfoundland Time)

This is just a little card to the incredible friends I have in my life. Those who's stuck by me, and always been there for me when times have been tough. Those who I trust, who are nearest and dearest and have always cheered me up no end - and give the biggest hugs too! :) This card is dedicated to them and to say a 'Huge Thank You!'

I used caramel card for the base of my card, and then used paper from the Love Letters 6 x 6 First Paper Edition paper pad. The image is Princess Tia from Some Odd Girl, I used a Spellbinders lacy circles oval die for the background and Anita's Art ribbon for the bow - with button detail. The stamp set I used for the sentiment is Lawn Fawn's Harold's ABC alphabet - which sets it off nicely :)

Christmas Puddings at Pins HQ!

It's getting closer to Christmas - only 7 weeks or to go and I hope you've all started making your holiday cards! :) So this week at Pinspirational Challenges HQ we're getting festive!

Here's this week's inspirational image to get you creating!

We're sponsored this week by: Beccy's Place

Our Sponsor this week

Here's my creation using our sponsor's image:

I recently bought a heat tool and some emobossing powder and got ridiculously carried away with the thing and ended up heat embossing every piece of card I had in the house, but to be honest - I really love it and I can't wait to keep embossing stuff! So I used a Versamark ink pad to emboss a snowflake stamp on some caramel card stock. I used white embossing powder to cover the snowflakes and heated them with a heat tool. The paper I used was from the Back to Basics Christmas 8 x 8 pad and coloured the christmas puddings in Cinnamon and Walnut Promakers. Simple card with added cuteness!

So.... get your Christmas hats on and start crafting your awesome cards or projects based on our Pins image!

Check out our DT creations and let your friends know about this week's challenge! We can't wait to see your creations!

Challenge starts today - Tuesday 6th Nov and ends Monday 12th Nov 2012 12 midnight (Newfoundland Time)
