Here's my creation:

Supplies used:
- 25mm Roses from Wild Orchid Crafts
- Pink Cherry Blossoms from Wild Orchid Crafts
- 8 x 8 First Paper Edition Rose Garden Paper Pad
- 6 x 6 Botanical Prima Paper Pad
- 6 x 6 Pink Paislee London Market Paper Pad
- Sizzix Hearts Sizzlits
- Tim Holtz Adage Tickets
- Greeting Farm Hello-Go-Round Stamp Set
- Dovecraft Tea Doilies
- EK Success Carnation Dimensional Flower Punch
- Lace
- From Stamp Art Design, I used the Gracie image (a bonus sentiment is included with this image)

This card contains quite a few layers and I thought I would try something different this time round as I don't normally put a lot of flower embellishments on my card, as I feel it may be a bit crowded. But I really like how this turned out. I didn't colour the image in this time around as I literally wanted the image bare and I thought my skills in colouring would probably mess up the image beyond repair! (I just sometimes have moments when I'm really too heavy handed with my Promarkers!) And I still think it turned out quite sweet and simple and that's exactly how I wanted it to be.

Hope you guys like my creation and as always please have a look at the blog to see the fabulous Team A creations and come back next week for the inspirational post mid-challenge from Team B. Submit your creations in to our challenge this week and you could win some awesome prizes!

Challenge ends: Tuesday 4th June 2013

Our Sponsor this week

Here's my creation:

I've created a box with lid using design papers from First Paper Editions Desert Blossom collection. To make the box I used the Martha Stewart scoring board. The box has a 2" depth around. I coloured up an image from our sponsor and then used 2 papers from the Blossoms and Buterflies collection from DCWV's 8 x 8 paper pad for the decoration. I used one of my favourite dies - Spellbinders Lacy Ovals die also.

I hope that our image and creations via the DT have inspired you to join in our challenge this week! Have a look at our blog and enter in our awesome challenge! Tell your crafting friends, groups and followers to join in and create too and follow our blog for future updatesand more challenges! Happy Crafting!

Thaaaaank Yooou!

Can't believe it's 6ish weeks until Christmas. This year has gone waaaay to fast! It's November and our challenge at Aud Sentiments this fortnight is:

Create a card or project which includes a sentiment giving thanks!
So that could be Thanksgiving, or it could be "Thanks for being my friend" or any other sentiment you can think of which includes the word "THANKS".

We're sponsored this fortnight by: Di's Digi Designs

Here's some info about them:
Di's Digi Designs do a great range of cute images - for boys, girls, you name it!
They also have a range of backgrounds for you to use...AND, if your colouring is not fabulous...you can buy a pre-coloured image instead!

The prize this fortnight courtesy of our sponsors is a $10 gift voucher for the store.
So what are you waiting for? Come & join in our challenge & spread the word!

Here's my creation below:

This is just a little card to the incredible friends I have in my life. Those who's stuck by me, and always been there for me when times have been tough. Those who I trust, who are nearest and dearest and have always cheered me up no end - and give the biggest hugs too! :) This card is dedicated to them and to say a 'Huge Thank You!'

I used caramel card for the base of my card, and then used paper from the Love Letters 6 x 6 First Paper Edition paper pad. The image is Princess Tia from Some Odd Girl, I used a Spellbinders lacy circles oval die for the background and Anita's Art ribbon for the bow - with button detail. The stamp set I used for the sentiment is Lawn Fawn's Harold's ABC alphabet - which sets it off nicely :)

Check out Team A's creation from our DT team and stop by the following week for Team B's creation to get you inspired!

And this is my little creations based on this weeks image:

This is going to be for my friend Aisha who LOVES Halloween, she's the one out of the group who loves spooky movies, and doesn't mind dressing up as a witch when they rest of us turn up in normally clothes as fancy dress! :) I had a small canvas and easel, so decided to turn the little canvas into a Halloween themed canvas! This image is from The Greeting Farm and I coloured it up in some Promarkers. I used several Sizzlit die cuts used some paper from the New Leaf 6 x 6 paper pad from First Edition. I had some random Papermania Scrabble letters in my stash! I think I'm running out of 'O's' now! So hope you like!

The paper used is from Love Letters by First Paper Edition mounted on some craft cardstock for the base and pink ribbon from Anita's Art. The sentiment 'Falling in love with you...' has been printed out on white 160gsm cardstock on Microsoft Word with the font KG Sweet Sixteen which you can download from the Dafont.com.
